WOMEN’S 8V8 SOCCER
The BAASL Women’s 8v8 leagues take place year-round at San Pablo Rumrill Turf on Thursdays and spring, summer and fall on Tuesdays at Berkeley. Female players from throughout the Bay gather for a fun evening of competitive soccer. Come practice your skills while making new friends! All experience levels welcome.
Day of week: Tuesdays for Berkeley players, Thursdays for San Pablo players.
Game format: 8v8, half-field, 50-mins. (two 25-min. halves).
Start times: Tues/Thurs - evening, Sun - afternoon/early evening
Ages: 18+
Awards for champions: team trophy and individual medals for each player
Game Schedule: Available approx. 1 week prior to start date at top of this page at “Schedule & Standings.”
Rules: Slide-tackles allowed. Modified FIFA rules (complete rules available at top of this page at “Rules & Forms”).
